What is Signature Confirmation?
Shipping Confirmation is a feature of USPS that requires a signature upon delivery. We utilize this feature to provide our customers peace of mind in ensuring your products have been delivered.
What is your return policy?
Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy. Our policy requires that:
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and have original tags attached.
- All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, processing issues may occur.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. For damaged and defective items, you'll have the option for a replacement, exchange (for the same value), or receive a refund. For incorrect items, we'll resend the correct item.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us, and refunds are issued via store credit or to the card used while purchasing.
